28 Count Lugana 'Fairy Ring' Hand Dyed Cross Stitch Fabric
28 Count Lugana 'Fairy Ring' Hand Dyed Cross Stitch Fabric
A 'Fairy Ring' in Newfoundland and Labrador is a round, low to the ground bush of juniper. Fairies and their lore have quite the history in this province and children (and I was one of them!) believed that fairies danced around these rings of conifer in the dead of the night underneath a full moon. Mottled on a bed of grey, this Lugana fabric also reads light burgundy in the mottled portions.
One 11.75" X 16" piece with serged edges is available.
Hand dyed by Patty of Brin & Nedle here in Newfoundland and Labrador. The perfect, soft fabric for stitching in hand.
