All of our unique, hand dyed colour ways hold traditional Newfoundland and Labrador colloquial sayings or words. 

Here in Newfoundland folklore is still very much alive. The Old Hag refers to sleeps paralysis. When you wake up and can’t move it’s said The Old Hag is sitting on your chest.
